Aegis is partnered with a growing packaging equipment manufacturer seeking a Quality Manager to lead plant quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain Quality Management System
Manage internal and external audits
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Lead quality team and inspection processes
Support production quality improvements

Requirements:

7+ years quality experience in manufacturing
Leadership experience managing inspectors or QA staff
Knowledge of QMS and audit processes
Lean and continuous improvement experience

Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
