Aegis is partnered with a growing packaging equipment manufacturer seeking a Quality Manager to lead plant quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain Quality Management System

• Manage internal and external audits

• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Lead quality team and inspection processes

• Support production quality improvements

Requirements:

• 7+ years quality experience in manufacturing

• Leadership experience managing inspectors or QA staff

• Knowledge of QMS and audit processes

• Lean and continuous improvement experience

You should be proficient in:

• Continuous Improvement
• 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)
• Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
• AS9100 Experience
• Root Cause Analysis
