The Role:

The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality is realized in all precast products produced by our team. This position oversees the operation of the manufacturing quality team and is the key driver to diagnose and improve system-level quality processes.  They are responsible for leading system-wide quality initiatives and organizational risk management associated with the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Quality Team to ensure high-level quality standards are maintained.
  • Study systems to identify root causes for quality defects.
  • Implement system changes to correct and prevent quality issues.
  • Manage ongoing quality-related projects by direct reports.
  • Continue strategic partnerships and leadership in industry organizations.

 

 

 

Qualifications


Area

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years relevant work experience in quality management.

Certifications

Quality Testing Certification

PCI Certified Field Auditor

PCI Level 3 Certified

ACI Field Testing Certification

ASSP or IH certification

Experience

5+ years managing teams with demonstrated history of excellence coaching and mentoring for success

5+ years of experience managing quality in a precast concrete manufacturing environment

Technical Experience, knowledge, and skills

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
