Express Employment is immediately hiring for quality Lab Technicians for a local company!

Duties

• Perform testing on incoming and in-process materials to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Provide technical support to engineering and operations teams regarding final product characteristics
• Verify process set-ups and changeovers for accuracy and compliance
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues to maintain quality standards
• Analyze test data and compare results to product specifications
• Identify trends or nonconformances and promptly alert key personnel
• Collaborate with other Quality Technicians to cover shifts as needed, including short-notice coverage for absences or vacations
• Support the plant’s commitment to meeting customer requirements and expectations

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and problem solving skills strongly preferred
