Job Description
You will be the Quality Inspector Senior for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) at our Camden Operations facility. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of missiles, launchers, and other products that protect our nation, and we're seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Inspector to join our team.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Inspector Senior, you will be responsible for performing visual inspections on in-process and completed products, checking dimensions, verifying functionality, and performing required quality inspections. You will work in various environments, including manufacturing, final assembly, and test areas, to ensure that products conform to requirements and function as expected.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing visual inspections on products as per defined planning/work instructions
* Checking dimensions, verifying functionality, and performing required quality inspections
* Creating quality/service notifications for noted nonconformities, performing sorts and stock purges
* Working from blueprints/drawings, interpreting specifications
* Auditing assigned work areas for compliance to requirements, such as age of materials, calibrations of equipment, area content, and tagging

Basic Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Familiar with Microsoft Office products
(Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a plus
· Must have the desire and/or ability to use inspection
tools such as digital calipers, go/no go gages, micrometers, fixtures and other basic gages
· Ability to work from inspection instructions, blueprints/drawings and specifications
· This position will be located at a facility that
requires special access and requires the selected
candidate to be a US citizen.
· Must be able to work in various climates and
around explosive.
Desired skills
· Prior inspection experience in a production environment
· Prior SAP/APRISO/MRO Software experience is
a plus (on the job training will be provided)
· Strong teaming ability and effective communication
skills
· Critical thinking and problem solving
· Be able to work independently

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $37,400 - $65,895. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
Premium Pay Statement
