We are seeking a Quality Inspector IV to play a critical role in launching high-precision components that meet the demanding standards of flight. Your expertise ensures that every part entering production is compliant, reliable, and ready for mission-critical performance. In this role, you won't just be checking parts—you’ll be safeguarding quality from the very first piece, influencing downstream processes, and serving as a key link between engineering, production, and quality assurance.

Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime on a business need basis.

What You Will Do

• Perform job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the Job Instructions Sheet plans.

• Perform incoming inspection and final inspection duties

• Knowledge of WHMA and IPC specifications

• Interpret technical (GD&T) drawings

• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and Delta FAI per AS9102 requirements.

• Demonstrate proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipment.

• Perform proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork.

• Maintain and improve 5S standards on workstations and responsible areas.

• Adhere to company EH&S policies and guidelines.

• Adhere to company Quality Policy.

• Work weekly rotations within different areas of quality

• Use hand held tools (micrometers, calipers, Optical Comparator and other measuring and test equipment.

• This position requires successful completion of a post-offer visual examination to assess visual acuity and color vision annually

• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• 4+ years of professional Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word experience

• Certified Quality Inspector
