As a Quality Inspector II, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You’ll perform in-process and first-piece inspections, identify defects, and work closely with production and quality teams to maintain compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in precision and continuous improvement.
A Day in the Life:
• Perform in-process and first-piece inspections at various stages of manufacturing
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, and test equipment) to verify dimensions, tolerances, and functionality
• Identify, document, and report defects on non-conformities in products and components
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent defect recurrence
• Maintain accurate inspection records, measurements, test results, and corrective action documentation
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality parameters
• Verify compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and company quality policies
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
• Prepare and communicate inspection reports to quality management and production teams
• Follow all safety requirements and comply with AS9100D, ISO 13485, and other applicable standards

Preferred Experience:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Technical training or certification in quality control, inspection, or a related field preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in metal stamping and fabrication, manufacturing inspection, or related work
• Familiarity with industry quality standards and documentation requirements
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the shift
• Regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong vision, including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
• Manual dexterity to handle and measure parts accurately
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus during long shifts
