Responsibilities:

Performing first-article, in-process, and final inspections of machined components
Using precision measuring instruments such micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM.
Verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish using engineering drawings and specifications.
Interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and work instructions
Document and maintain inspection results following company quality management systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100).
Identify and report non-conformances
Assist in root cause analysis, and participating in corrective/preventive action processes.
Maintain calibration of inspection tools and ensure all measuring devices are in proper working condition.

Qualifications

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm

The pay is up to $30.00 an hour based on experience
