Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Performing first-article, in-process, and final inspections of machined components
• Using precision measuring instruments such micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM.
• Verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish using engineering drawings and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and work instructions
• Document and maintain inspection results following company quality management systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100).
• Identify and report non-conformances
• Assist in root cause analysis, and participating in corrective/preventive action processes.
• Maintain calibration of inspection tools and ensure all measuring devices are in proper working condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in precision machining inspection
• Experience with CMM programming - Keyence XM-5000
• Experience in using precision measurement instruments
• Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerance and GD&T
• Familiar with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality system is a plus
• Computer experience ability to document data entry and generate reports
• Experience with basic shop math

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm

The pay is up to $30.00 an hour based on experience
