Job Overview:

We are currently hiring an experienced Quality Inspector to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This position will be responsible for inspecting manufactured parts and finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies

  • Inspect products for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, defects, and overall quality

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions

  • Use inspection and measuring equipment including:- Calipers

    • Micrometers
    • Tape measures
    • Height gauges
    • Go/No-Go gauges
  • Verify dimensions and tolerances according to engineering drawings

  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

  • Identify and document non-conforming materials or products

  • Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues

  • Perform first-piece and final inspections as required

  • Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions

  • Ensure products meet internal quality standards and customer requirements

  • Follow established safety and quality procedures

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Quality Inspector experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
  • Understanding of dimensional tolerances and basic manufacturing processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good documentation and computer skills
  • Ability to identify defects and communicate quality concerns to production personnel
  • Experience in metal fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, or industrial manufacturing is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
