Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and work collaboratively with production teams to resolve issues.
• Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and inspection techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
