Quality Inspector Summary

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting machined parts, assemblies, and materials to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and assembliesRead and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsUse precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersComplete inspection reports including first article, in-process, and final inspectionsIdentify and document non-conforming materialsInspect incoming materials and maintain accurate quality records.

Qualifications 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing

Ability to read engineering drawingsExperience using standard inspection tools

Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills

PreferredCMM experience (PC-DMIS)Pump, valve, or rotating equipment manufacturing experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime as needed)

• Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
• Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Measurement Gauges
• Calipers and Micrometers
