Hello! I am recruiting a Quality Inspector opportunity for a privately owned manufacturing company who has been in business for 75+ years located in the Twin Cities metro.

1. Perform complex inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and vision systems.
2. Lead final and in-process inspections, ensuring all parts meet customer requirements.
3. Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
4. Train and mentor beginner and intermediate inspectors.
5. Work with engineering and production teams to improve quality processes.
6. Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
