Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
• Utilize AS9102 guidelines for First Article Inspections (FAI) and documentation.
• Perform advanced inspection techniques and gauge measurements to verify product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality metrics for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to aerospace manufacturing quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection within the aerospace manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 Quality Systems and AS9102 requirements.
• Experience with advanced inspection techniques and gauge measurement tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance or inspection are a plus.
