Quality Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you will perform inspections, audits, and tests while maintaining accurate documentation to support compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
Perform first article inspections with detailed documentation using customer-specific forms.
Conduct in-process audits by reviewing operator and process performance against material routings and specifications.
Work independently with minimal supervision, following established procedures, forms, and manuals.
Utilize control plans, material routing instructions, computer-generated reports, and Pareto charts to monitor quality.
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and formulas to ensure products meet defined quality and reliability standards.
Test products for dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics.
Record and analyze test data using statistical quality control procedures.
High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.
Minimum 5 years of related quality inspection experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and quality control practices.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Proven experience in quality inspection and control within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
