Performs inspection/verification of detail parts, assemblies, and/or controlled tooling using various inspection techniques and equipment including, but not limited to: micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, calipers, bore gauges, CMM, laser tracker, T-scan, Romer Arm, visual, etc.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of machine programming experience, or 3 years of CNC and/or CMM experience, or a combination of machining, CNC, and CMM programming totaling 3 years.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Ability to operate and program inspection equipment such as CMM, Laser Tracker, T-scan, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.

Desired skills

Prior experience operating either a Laser Tracker, T-scan, Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM), and/or Romer Arm for the inspection of parts, assemblies and/or tooling.

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
