JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for inspecting/testing all semi-finished and finished fabricated systems or

sub-systems in a manufacturing environment

MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Inspect fabricated sheet metal/machined parts from start to finish

• Perform special tests as assigned (Hi Pot, Functional Tests, First Article, Calibration

etc.)

• Perform measurements with dedicated measuring tools

• Perform data entry for quality assurance analysis

• Interact with inter-departmental personnel on Quality issues

• Create and maintain product labels

• Create, maintain and file inspection documentation

• Perform internal ISO audits

You should be proficient in:

• Electrical Schematics
• AS9100

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Measurement Gauges
• Calipers and Micrometers
