Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join a leading precision

manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with

experience in semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, or high-precision

machining environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of precision machined

components.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer

specifications.

  • Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and other precision

measuring equipment.

  • Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges,

comparators, and other inspection tools.

  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAIR) and prepare inspection reports.
  • Create and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and support

corrective actions.

  • Verify product quality, traceability, and compliance with customer

specifications.

  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Ensure inspection equipment is properly calibrated.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues.
  • Support internal audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing

environment.

  • Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, precision

machining, or CNC manufacturing is highly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience operating CMM (manual and/or programmable).
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
  • Experience with First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
  • Knowledge of NCR, MRB, and RMA processes.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or AS9100 quality

environment.

  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments, including calipers,

micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and thread gauges.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
