Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Weekend Shift Quality Inspector at our state-of-the-art facility located in Grantsburg, WI, 54840. Word 36 hours Friday - Sunday and be paid for 40 hours. Plus and %15 per hour shift premium. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products using an open plate setup.

• Execute existing CMM programs to include trouble shooting program to ensure the integrity of the measurements.

• Identify and document defects or non-conformities in products.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated and maintained properly.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

• Participate in regular quality audits and assessments.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus.

• 5-8 years of inspection and manufacturing experience.

• Experience executing CMM programs is required.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.

• Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment.

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• Quality Inspection Experience
• Blueprint Reading

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Zeiss, Hexagon, Faro)
• Measurement Gauges
• Quality Control Software (PC-DMIS, Calypso)
