Job Title - Quality Inspector

Pay rate - $19.13/hour

Location - Fargo, ND

Job Summary:

Perform 100% manual visual inspection of filled and sealed product vials under controlled lighting. Identify visible particles, fibers, fill issues, container/closure defects, scratches, discoloration, and other cosmetic defects. Accurately document results and segregate rejected or questionable units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual visual inspection of product vials.

• Identify and document product and container defects.

• Follow GMP/GDP procedures, inspection techniques, gowning, and safety requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and product reconciliation.

• Complete required training and inspection qualification.

• Support other approved manufacturing Product activities as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive inspection work.

• Basic math and English reading/writing skills.

• Ability to safely handle small glass vials.

• Must meet visual requirements, including 20/20 near vision with or without corrective lenses and required color discrimination.

• Pharmaceutical or visual inspection experience is not required; training is provided.
