Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize GD&T principles to evaluate product specifications and tolerances.
• Identify and document non-conforming products, following established procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality management systems.
• Maintain records of inspections and quality control activities using quality control software.
• Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators for precise measurements.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certification processes.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certification processes.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quality control software.
• Ability to effectively use measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
