Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team in Chino, CA. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our production team to implement ISO 22000 standards and utilize your expertise in blueprint reading and measurement tools to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with ISO 22000 standards.
• Utilize blueprint reading skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform precise measurements and inspections.
• Employ measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22000 standards and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and using measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
