per hour, depending on experience

Must read blueprints and have experience using inspection tools: caliper, height gage, combo square. Familiar with CAD to enter parameters in inspection software.

Calibration experience, CMM and surface plate inspection techniques a plus.

Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

All candidates must have high school diploma or GED.

Must have valid driver’s license and dependable means of transportation.

Duties /Responsibilities:

1) Conducts daily inspections and testing activities using a variety of inspection tools and techniques; supports production team as needed.

2) Inspects materials received, finished products, and work-in-process of fabricated metal products to ensure conformance with drawing specifications.

3) Performs First Article Inspections and prepares First Article Reports in Excel.

4) Calibrates inspection equipment and maintains records in

Gagepack

database.

5) Performs 100% inspection and adjustments on some lots, as required by customer

6) Maintains inspection records according to company & customer standards.
