This role actively supports the execution of inspection work and development of the Inspection Services team.  As the Quality Inspection Supervisor, you will work cross functionally to help ensure products compliance with quality standards, containment for discovered nonconformances, and ensures that product resolution occurs. This position is located on our manufacturing floor that is clean, quiet, climate controlled safe and filled with abundant natural light!

Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:

• Determine weekly inspection capacity and distribute the inspection services work as needed
• Develop, maintain, and drive improvements for department metrics
• Enforce policies and procedures within the team and be a strong advocate for “protecting the customers”
• Maintain control of all non-conforming articles always ensuring their containment and disposition
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections directly and through Inspection personnel 

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years related inspection experience
• Ability to manage others, take direction, and execute assignments effectively
• Ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, cast, forged, and assembled materials
• Experience with electrical testing on a Network Analyzer to include working knowledge of electrical characteristics such as VSWR, loss, impedance, VOP is preferred
