Contract Opportunity | Potential for Full-Time Conversion
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for a Visual Inspection / Quality Inspection opportunity supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. This role is focused on inspecting small glass vials and injectable drug products under controlled lighting to identify visible defects, particulate matter, color or appearance issues, and other product quality concerns.
This is a highly structured, repetitive inspection role where strong visual attention, consistency, and the ability to follow detailed procedures are essential.
Perform visual inspection of pharmaceutical products and small glass vials under controlled lighting.
Identify particulate matter, product defects, color differences, and appearance abnormalities.
Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and inspection procedures.
Maintain consistent focus while performing repetitive inspection activities.
Accurately document inspection results and follow required quality procedures.
Maintain appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards for the manufacturing environment.
Work collaboratively within a manufacturing/quality team.
Follow all applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
High School Diploma or GED required.
20/20 visual acuity required, with or without corrective lenses, subject to applicable vision requirements.
Ability to distinguish required colors and identify subtle visual differences.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration during repetitive work.
Ability to read and understand English and follow written procedures.
Basic math and documentation skills.
Dependable, diligent, and comfortable working in a highly structured environment.
Comfortable performing visual inspection work for extended periods.
Previous pharmaceutical or visual inspection experience is not required.

Prior GMP, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, or Life Sciences experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree but limited professional experience may also be considered if they are comfortable with the hands-on, repetitive nature of visual inspection work.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 is helpful.
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus but not required.
Candidates should be comfortable learning and following regulatory and quality procedures.
Training will be provided on day shift.
After training, candidates may be assigned to 1st or 2nd shift based on production and batch requirements, so flexibility to work either shift is strongly preferred.
This position works in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and involves frequent visual inspection of drug products/injectables. The work is detail-intensive and repetitive, making visual acuity, patience, consistency, and attention to detail critical to success.
This is a contract opportunity with potential for full-time conversion, based on business needs and performance.
