Position Summary

The Quality Implementation Specialist supports continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization. This role partners with teams to measure customer experience, monitor performance trends, maintain standard practices, and support LEAN initiatives. You’ll conduct audits and inspections, participate in cross-functional committees, and collaborate with departments to improve processes and service quality. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who enjoys improving systems and supporting teams.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the company, enhancing their training, information, resources, and environment, enabling them to continuously provide excellent customer service. 
  • Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify positive and negative trends, assess process performance, and drive data-informed decision making.
  • Administer and manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to assess customer loyalty, satisfaction, and overall experience.
  • Create, review, maintain, and audit all Standard Practice Instructions (SPIs) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Facilitate the Corporate Steering Committee by documenting discussions and tracking action items to completion.
  • Lead LEAN initiatives focused on waste reduction, process efficiency, and operational excellence; serve as a LEAN resource and coach to managers and teams.
  • Maintain and perform annual updates to disaster recovery and business continuity documentation, ensuring readiness and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct branch quality audits to assess adherence to established procedures, identify gaps, and recommend corrective or preventative actions.
  • Prepare and present Quality metrics and performance trends at monthly staff meeting.
  • Aid and support all employees and teams with their ongoing projects. 
  • Collaborate closely with all internal departments to align quality initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance the over customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as obvious or assigned. 

 

 

This is a Safety Sensitive Position

  • May be required to operate powered industrial trucks.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. several times a day, bend, twist, and climb.

  • Complete an accident/Incident report for any safety and/or health infractions that occur or witnessed.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of LEAN principles and process improvement methodologies; LEAN certification or Green Belt preferred.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, committees, or cross-functional teams.
  • and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively. 
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate data, findings, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
