About the Role:

The Quality EOL Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach the customer. This position involves conducting thorough inspections of finished goods to identify any defects or inconsistencies in accordance with established quality control protocols. The inspector will be responsible for documenting findings and collaborating with production teams to address any quality issues that arise. By maintaining rigorous quality standards, the inspector helps to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellence. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
  • HS Diploma or Equalivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in quality control or quality assurance.
  • Experience in durable goods manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
  • 3 to 5 years of Quality experience is required- preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Document inspection results and report any defects or non-conformities to the production team.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality metrics for reporting purposes.
