Job Overview:

We are looking for a 2025 Spring Quality Engineer Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • · Improve productivity by performing process quality evaluations
  • · Study and improve plant safety and quality
  • · Cost analysis
  • · Process documentation
  • · Materials inspection requirements
  • · Visual Management
  • · Quality control
  • · Standards review
  • · Lean Tools and auditing

 

Desired Experience

  • · Excellent written and communication skills
  • · Ability to perform work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • · Must be able to work full-time during term
  • · Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for documentation of test results
  • · Able to independently lead small projects with limited scope
  • · Technical curiosity
  • · Ability to interact with manufacturing personnel and staff
  • · Sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • · Possess strong analytic and statistic skills

Education/Training Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate Engineering Degree Program for the Winter/Spring 2024-2025 school year.
  • Rising Junior or Senior BS in Engineering or similar degree
  • 3.5 or higher GPA preferred.
  • Resid in the Cleveland, OH Metropolitan area
