InnovaFlex™ is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Quality Management System and represent the Quality Department on product development teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality and Yield Engineering Teams, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
- Execute Quality Management System processes, including Quality Reviews, CAPA, Internal Audits, and Technical Review Boards.
- Support risk management, testing plans, and results analysis (HAST, x-ray hardness, lifetime reliability).
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to manage Nonconformance Reporting and Process Deviations.
- Oversee eQMS operations, including document control, training, NCRs, and CAPAs.
- Host external audits and ensure compliance with ISO 13485/9001 and other relevant standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM fields preferred) or 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with 2+ years managing direct reports.
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485/9001, ISO14001, and ISO14971/31000.
- Certifications such as CQE or CQM/OE are highly desired.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Compensation
- Wage Range: $105,000–$150,000; offered job level and base wage are dependent upon experience, education, and knowledge.
- Annual Bonus Target: 20%, prorated for the first year based on the date of hire.

Work Environment
- The position works onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, at our corporate office and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule once fully trained and producing satisfactorily.
- FAB-Clean Room: 5% of the job.
- SubFAB Room (mechanical, electrical, pumps): 5% of the job.
- Office Setting: 90% of the job.
- Physical Requirements: Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (40+ hours/week) onsite role near the Colorado Springs Airport.
