Do you see inspection not as a checkpoint—but as a craft?

At KMM Group, Ltd., we engineer and manufacture mission-critical components for life-saving medical devices and advanced aerospace systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer with strong problem-solving skills, who is innovative, and has advanced CMM programming expertise (preferably Zeiss Calypso) to elevate our inspection capabilities, drive process reliability, and support the next level of quality excellence.

If you thrive on precision, problem-solving, and pushing the boundaries of metrology, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

Quality Systems & Documentation

  • Engineer Quality into our processes by developing Process Control Plans, Inspection Plans and drive risk-based inspection methodologies.

  • Contribute to PPAP’s and support Process Capability studies.

  • Document all inspection results using Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and in full compliance with our QMS (ISO 13485, AS9100, 21 CFR Part 820)

  • Ensure traceability and proper handling of inspected parts and records

  • Assist with non-conformance escalations, investigations, and CAPA activities to drive resolution and prevent recurrence

  • Support calibration tracking and maintenance of metrology systems and gages

What You Bring:
