About the Job
As a Quality Engineer III, you will manage all aspects of the quality control production process, including fall-out, audits, and ISO compliance, ensuring that division and departmental practices meet company requirements and current ISO standards. Reporting directly to the Quality Engineering Supervisor, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement proactive quality strategies that drive continuous improvement.
You will
Review and approve Product and Processes Corrective and Prevention Action Plans.
Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management systems.
Ability to analyze First Pass Yield (FPY) reports, driving actions from the analysis, and presentation to internal teams and customers.
Familiarity with QMS, EMS, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Creation and updating of documentation for QC inspections.
Conduct regular conference calls with customers or vendors and provide reports as needed.
Work with internal Production, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Program Managers and Procurement to meet quality standards.
Develop proactive solutions and implement Quality department strategies across the organization.
Perform additional assessment and analysis as assigned.
You have
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field plus 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality control. Leadership experience is a bonus.
Proven understanding of mechanical drawing and/or tools.
A good understanding of server-level component design, system integration processes, and interoperability.
Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with quality systems training, including SPC (Statistical Process Control) principles and tools.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems and PC/server components and functionality.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet strict deadlines.

Annual Salary Range
$91,000—$128,000 USD DOE
