Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits of aerospace components and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and performance.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including manuals and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality-related topics.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in quality inspection tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
