The Quality Engineer is a professional level position, reporting to the Quality Manager. Quality Engineer will establish, implement, direct, and maintain quality assurance and procedures throughout the various stages of manufacturing to assure a finished product with the highest quality possible while keeping material scrap at a minimum. The person will work with associates at all levels of the organization to continuously improve our quality system and develop plant performance. In addition, this person is responsible for supporting the plant's QMS and other management systems and provides direct contact with customers, UL and other regulatory agency representatives as required.
