Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data and metrics to monitor product performance and quality trends.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis software and quality management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
