What You’ll Do
As a Quality Engineer you will report to the Director of Operations and you will work closely with production and leadership to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
Develop, implement and improve quality processes and procedures
Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with standards
Analyze product specifications and performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with existing standards
Track and report key quality metrics to leadership
Support the development and enhance the Quality Management System
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices
Partner with production to resolve quality concerns in real time
Assist with PFMEA, control plans, and quality documentation
Perform and support final inspections when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and hands-on, someone who can dig into problems and drive solutions on the shop floor.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related)
3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
Knowledge of quality control methodologies, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in using quality tools such as statistical process control, FMEA, root cause analysis is a plus
Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams
