What You’ll Do

As a Quality Engineer you will report to the Director of Operations and you will work closely with production and leadership to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.

  • Develop, implement and improve quality processes and procedures

  • Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with standards

  • Analyze product specifications and performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with existing standards

  • Track and report key quality metrics to leadership

  • Support the development and enhance the Quality Management System

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues

  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices

  • Partner with production to resolve quality concerns in real time

  • Assist with PFMEA, control plans, and quality documentation

  • Perform and support final inspections when needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and hands-on, someone who can dig into problems and drive solutions on the shop floor.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related)

  • 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role

  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in using quality tools such as statistical process control, FMEA, root cause analysis is a plus

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams
