Job Description:
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure that our suppliers meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. This role will focus on maintaining validation documentation, collaborating with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, and working cross-functionally to resolve supplier-related quality issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in supplier management and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize validation documentation and files.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, determining and implementing effective solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze validation data to support supplier performance assessments and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or Expirence in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quality/ engineering, OR Proven experience in supplier management and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in compiling and analyzing validation data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
