Job Overview:


Flexcraft is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and we’re seeking a Quality Engineer who thrives in high volume, fast moving production environments. This is an opportunity to be on the front lines of quality — driving process improvement, solving problems, and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of precision.

If you love data, root cause analysis, and optimizing processes so they run flawlessly at scale, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

  • Own daily quality assurance for materials, processes, and finished goods
  • Conduct inspections, tests, audits, and document results with accuracy
  • Lead root cause analysis & develop corrective / preventive actions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce defects, and increase efficiency
  • Track and analyze quality metrics to guide data driven improvements
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain
  • Train staff on quality standards and inspection techniques
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing and regulatory standards
  • Writing clear reports, CAPA responses, quality summaries, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Gaining customer confidence through credibility and transparency.
  • Navigating disagreements about root cause, responsibility, or required actions.


Tech & Systems You’ll Work With

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Intravis & Avid Vision systems (our primary platforms)
  • Keyence and Cognex machine vision systems (highly transferable skills)
  • Automated inspection, advanced measurement tools, or optical systems


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • 5+ years of Quality Engineering in high-volume production/manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience running projects from concept → implementation
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and follow through
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Collaborative, positive, solutions-driven approach
