🔧 Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain quality systems and processes for aerospace component manufacturing
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA) for quality issues
Support customer and regulatory audits and ensure compliance with aerospace standards
Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to maintain product quality
Assist with inspection plans, documentation, and process validation
✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
3+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
Experience with aerospace components or highly regulated industries preferred
Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools
Familiarity with inspection processes, documentation, and quality metrics
