Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to support product quality improvements through targeted initiatives, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. This role also includes the supervision of other Quality Engineers.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and maintain quality systems in compliance with automotive manufacturing standards
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation
• Participate in internal audits, product inspections, and process improvements
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer teams to resolve quality issues
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Associate degree with strong experience will be considered)

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

• Prior experience in a quality or engineering job, or a related internship

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

• Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Kaizen
• Quality Control Data Analysis
• PPAP Process Experience
