Position Overview:

The Quality Coordinator provides administrative assistance to the Quality Assurance Department. Responsible for understanding and supporting Quality Management (QMS) activities to ensure production processes meet industry, regulatory, and customer quality expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cross Functional Team support for Advanced Quality Planning activities that provide timely development of Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEAs, and Control Plans.

• Review and number customer drawings, understand specifications, and industry standards to provide accurate assistance for production gage plans and inspection documents.

• Coordinate and participate in QMS Audits.

• Support data and information collection for corrective action plans; including risk assessments, prevention activities to mitigate reoccurring non-conformances and continuous improvement

• Assist in 8D problem solving activities including 5W2H, Fishbone Diagrams, and 3-Legged 5-Whys

• Oversee Gage Program activities for calibration, maintenance, and procurement

• Maintain Industry and Customer Specification Libraries

• Provide back-up, as needed, to the Quality Administrator

• Perform other duties as assigned to support customer requests and on-time delivery

Qualifications:(Minimum & Preferred)

• **Education: **Associates degree in Quality or equivalent work experience
• Experience and/or Training: 2+ years of Quality experience. Experience in manufacturing or a related field a plus.
• Technology/Equipment: Epicor experience would be a plus, MS Excel
