Job Description

Processes and inspects, for form, fit, and function, product before shipment to customer.  Verify incoming vendor supplied products for accuracy to supplied specifications and drawings.

Essential Functions

• Inspects product in development, during production, and in its completed state to ensure the product conforms to customer’s specifications.
• Assure that product measurements fall within very tight tolerances
• Assure products comply with customer specifications
• Maintains records for all inspected products
• Operates from specific and definite directions and instructions, under minimal supervision

Experience and Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent and minimum of one year quality control/quality assurance experience
• Advanced math skills
• Requires continuous on the job training that will lead to related certifications
• Knowledge of all aspects of the company’s operations and customer history is a plus

Other

• With assistance, be able to push or pull up to 50 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds
• May assist in other areas during peak seasonal activity
