Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support our production team by ensuring products meet established quality standards. This role is responsible for inspections, documentation, and maintaining accurate quality records throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform first article inspections to verify product specifications and quality standards
• Use QC measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to inspect parts and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure product accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of travelers, inspection reports, and process logs
• Identify and document non-conforming materials or products
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality requirements are met
• Support continuous improvement efforts and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience using QC measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
• Experience maintaining travelers and process documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with ISO standards or regulated environments
• Familiarity with inspection reporting systems
