Quality Inspector – Night Shift (12‑Hour Schedule + $3/hr Differential)
Every other weekend is a 4‑day weekend (2‑3‑2 schedule)!

Shift: 12‑Hour Nights (2‑3‑2 Rotating Schedule)
This position follows a repeating 2‑3‑2 pattern:
Week 1: Work 2 days, off 3 days, work 2 days • Week 2: Off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days. This rotation provides full‑time hours while working fewer total days and results in a 4‑day weekend every other week!

Key Responsibilities
- Perform in‑process and final inspections on parts, components, and production
- Use precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Conduct destructive and nondestructive testing
- Apply basic SPC techniques to monitor process performance
- Review batch records, logs, forms, and documentation for accuracy
- Train operators on inspection techniques and Good Documentation Practices
- Maintain a safe and compliant work area

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow documentation standards and Good Documentation Practices
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience with measurement tools preferred (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Work Environment
- Hands‑on manufacturing environment
- Requires standing, walking, repetitive tasks, and use of inspection tools
- Overnight shift with rotating schedule
