Job Overview:
Job Duties
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, codes and regulations, and all company policies, standards, specifications, and guidelines.
- Conduct all activities in a safe, organized, and proficient manner.
- Ensure all products produced meet or exceed quality standards.
- Operate lab equipment and check sample measurements for accuracy.
- Operate fork lift.
- Check paperwork for accuracy.
- Keep lab, QC work areas, and QC equipment clean and organized.
- Perform and log required lab tests.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and maneuver at least 75 pounds.
- Must be able to climb, walk and use arms and hands to handle equipment and products
- Must be able to stand and work on ones feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to verbally communicate with other employees
- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language.
Other Requirements
- Must have strong math skills
- Must have experience with Word and Excel
- Must have a strong focus on safety, quality customer service, and productivity
- Must be punctual for work
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must be able to operate a fork lift.
