Quality Technician's Pay/Benefits:

• Up to $28/HR
• Benefits Available

Quality Technician's Schedule:

• 1st Shift
• 7:30AM- 3:30PM
• OT at beginning or end of shift

Quality Technician's Job Duties:

• Test materials to verify quality standards
• Use lab equipment to test, analyze, and report findings
• Enter test results into a computer system or paper documentation
• Conduct inbound inspections, and report findings
• Keep lab equipment in good shape (calibration, basic maintenance, simple repairs)
• Handle PPAP samples and Support CQE with PPAP data
• previous quality background within a manufacturing or similar setting required
• Daily use of CMM to take measurements, as well as use of precision measuring tools

Quality Technician's Experience:

• Ability to use CMM, micrometers, calipers, various gauges
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to calibrate equipment
• Willingness to work in a cleanliness lab
• Experience with PPAP and MSA reports
• MUST have a US Passportwith ability to travel for training purposes (travel is not often, and is more prone during initial training)
