ETC is currently seeking a highly-motivated Quality Control Manager to work in our Southampton, PA offices. This hands-on professional will utilize their strong technical, quality knowledge and management skills, to maintain and improve upon an ISO 9001:2008 Quality system in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Manager will report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include revising/improving upon the current systems while keeping the various business units abreast of the changing regulatory/quality developments on a global basis.
Responsibilities: - Promote and maintain internal and external continuous product/process improvement.
- Assure the quality level of products and services.
- Maintain and improve our ISO Quality System.
- Produce documentation for Inspection and Work Instructions.
- Train employees on industry regulations and techniques.
- Work directly with Customers and Vendors on quality improvements and issues.
- Work hand-in-hand with purchasing, engineering and other departments.

Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment. DOD experience a plus.
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent leadership skills. Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Thorough understanding of risk management practices/processes as it relates to software systems.
- Some software compliance experience a must (CE Marking)
- Familiarity with IEC/UL/EN 60601-1; and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
- Experience with ISA, SPC, DOE, ARM concepts, Metrology, Mil-Stds, ASME, PVHO and related industry specifications highly desirable.
- B.S. Degree in Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Highly professional, engaging and passionate personal demeanor.
- Proven ability to be both a top-level strategic manager as well as hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” leader.
