Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to lead and

continuously improve the quality management function at our electrical wiring harness

manufacturing facility in Elmhurst, Illinois.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving

quality systems and processes across incoming materials, production, testing, final

inspection, and customer shipments. This position will work closely with Production,

Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure that products consistently

meet customer specifications, applicable industry standards, and internal quality

requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience in wire harness, cable assembly,

electrical/electromechanical manufacturing, or a closely related industry and

understands both the technical and practical aspects of manufacturing quality. This is a

hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can work effectively on the

production floor while also managing quality systems, documentation, corrective

actions, customer issues, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

• Quality Control Experience
• Electrical / Electronic Systems
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
