• quality processes, on-time delivery, and project profitability
• Order and/or design gages and related inspection equipment; develop and maintain gage calibration procedures
• Serve as the Quality Management Representative for applicable certifications and audits, including maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification
• Oversee PPAP submissions and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Compile, analyze, and report quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify training needs and provide development opportunities for employees on the latest quality standards and best practices

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college, or a minimum of 5 years of related experience
• 5+ years of relevant quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Internal Auditor training in ISO 9001:2015 (minimum requirement)
• Experience maintaining and auditing ISO 9001:2015 certification
• Experience handling PPAP submissions

Technical Skills:

• Experience operating and programming CMM equipment
• Proficiency with OpenDMIS (Wenzel CMMs preferred)
• Strong understanding of gage design, calibration systems, and quality data collection methods
