Job Description

We’re searching for a Quality Control Manager, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll oversee, facilitate and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) for the company.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversees Quality Management System

· Maintains ISO 9001-2015 accreditation

· Processes and files phase inspection procedures on custom fabricated fuel tanks and generator enclosures

· Tracks and records Quality Management metrics including customer satisfaction surveys, non-conformance, corrective actions, and safety

· Tracks and records continuous improvement cards

· Sets budgets and manages any warranty calls

· Travels to meetings, customer sites and vendors

Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of experience in a quality role within manufacturing or related experience within the industry required

· Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 required

· Previous supervisory experience preferred

· Basic computer skills including Internet Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point required

· Ability to comprehend, speak and write English required

· Valid Class C driver’s license and driving record acceptable to company standards required

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the telephone, required

· Ability to read, analyze, and communicate information, and effectively ask and answer questions from customers, employees and upper management required
