We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team in Hawthorne, CA, 90250. Responsibilities

Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials and finished products.
Document and analyze test results, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Prepare reports on quality findings and present them to management.
Operate lab equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a quality control or laboratory environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and quality control methodologies.
Experience testing in a manufacturing environment
Experience performing tension, compression, and shear tests
Experience in preparing chemical solutions
Computer Skills using Excel and MS Office
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory software.
